  I dont know about any one else, but i have had nothing short of a nightmare with Transform and am still going through it now. Since my otoplasty surgery i have had nothing but problems, with both the surgical results and their way of dealing with my concerns/worries/pain. I wouldnt recommend putting your well-being into the hands of Transform, as in my experience they have done nothing about my worries apart from pass me from surgeon to surgeon or person to person. Their replies to my letters of complaints were atrocious. They got dates mixed up, didnt every reply to ANY of the complaints of problems or ANY worries my letter directly and were always trying to point the finger at me ( a returning customer, who hasnt complained about any of my procedures with them before). This nightmare has been on going since 2009 and is still on going now. The fact that there is no difference in outcome from before the surgery, apart from the unsightly state they have left the backs of my ears in, makes me wish i hadnt bothered with them at all. All that seems to have come from this is stress and loss of money for me. One of the surgeons Ms Lutz even practically shouted at me when i told her i wasnt happy with her work. I mean who do they think they? We are privatly paying for something and chosing them out of plenty of other reputable companies. They should consider them selves lucky to have any custom at all if they have treated anyone else as badly as i have been treated. The fact that my bandages fell of instantly when i woke from surgery set of alram bells in my head and i was right to think that. Sloppy work.. shabby treatment. I am dissapointed to have to be wrting this as who really wants to pay thousands of pounds and then be left deeply dissapointed, in pain, no different to appearance from before. To add insult to injury they are now trying to make me feel bad for having got upset with them after nearly 2 years of this. Trying to make me feel lucky that they are even considering to talk to me. In my opinion just a time wasting stratagy to eat up the 3 year time limit in which i can legally take action against anything. Have a gained anything from this..? Yes, dont go to transform ever again!
