- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I use to have breakfast here. But after I was being treated badly, I will never ever go there again and nopt recommend anyone to go there.
I went there with my wife and 3 years old son. My wife ordered Fish and chips. Have eaten 1/3rd of the fish it seemed it was not properly cooked. It was raw from inside.
We informed the a male employee he took the plate. 2 minutes later came back and said; My chef checked and there is nothing wrong with it. I asked him if he would eat a raw fish?
He said we have backed it well and did not want to help.
I went to the counter and spoke with the lade at the counter. She too did not want to listen nor help. After insisting she put a thermometer int he fish and said, it is 51 degrees. This is normal.
I said, look, I am paying for the food, and want to have properly backed meal.
We cannot eat it. The lady was persistent and did not want to help.
At this point he male employee said that we had eaten 75% of the fish and now want it changed. That was so rude. I told him that it was a small fish and I think we have eaten 1/3rd. Never the less, it is raw and not according to the hygiene and health standards.
They said we cannot help you.
I said, I will pay for my meal, do not want to eat ever again and want the fish. I will send it to the authorities.
We left with my son saying; papa, I am hungry, why are we going, I am hungry.
I ended up eating at McDonalds.
If you want to pay to be treated rudely and have arrogant staff not wanting to work yet having to serve, Munchess is the place to be.
