- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently put my car (mini) in first for a fullservice and on a second occasion to have the brake pads replaced. On both visits the front house team were professional and helpful, and even went the extra mile when there was a technical issue and resolved the problem. I also like the fact that the Grosvenor is an independant gararge/specilaist and their pricing is competitive and good value for money. And finally as a female/driver and not having a clue what goes on underneath the bonnet of my car...I have never felt intimidated or daft in asking questions.
