- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In a word terrible. We were given the wrong phones. Then told I could change mine and they would order me the correct phone when arrived to exchange for the correct phone it hadnt been ordered and couldnt be as thats not the way it works. The staff are most unhelpful and the manager was in fact rude to my wife. So I phoned customer care and they are much the same, promises to phone back are just lies and it turns out they are as badly trained as the in store staff. This is without mention of the fact that the staff bring up all your details on the screens for all the world to see and just wander off. Data protection means nothing.
