  Pharmacy do not answer phone at all. When filling prescriptions are not issuing the script as requested but are only issuing a few items instead. When requesting the other items missing they are stating they have been issued. This is leaving patients without thier vital heart medication pain medication to name just two. On contacting doctors they are saying the request has been filled. This means boots are committing fraud as they are keeping part of a prescription for which they have been paid for. No wonder Reading broad street pharmacy do not answer the phone. They should be brought up before the NHS ombudsman and the police. I have no way of getting the medication as surgery is closed over weekend. DISGUSTED. DO NOT USE BOOTS PHARMACY BROAD STREET READING THEY ARE LAZY FRAUDSTERS CHEATING PATIENTS AND THE NHS.
